A NEW CATHOLIC CHURCH POLICY?

For the first time in many years, the religious mass held in the municipal hall every first Friday of the month did not materialize. Rumors were circulated that the mass could continue if the employees make a P1,000 donation to the church every time a mass is held.

On the other hand, the churchgoers in the respective barangays of Gubat will observe a new policy in the distribution of mass collection. It is said that a 70-30 sharing will be implemented. The 70% will go to the Gubat Parish Church administration while 30% will go to the barangay pastoral council.
